Planning Curriculum for Next Year Tools and Ideas

It is very stressful for any new parent to set up homeschooling for the first time. It is also stressful for seasoned homeschooling families to plan for the new year. As we plan, we search for the best planner to help us progress and track our assignments. I have used many different kinds of planners but I always find creating my own I can edit and fill in as I go is best for me.

This curriculum tracker is now available FOR YOU for the Next School Year (Fall 2023) with the charter calendar used. You are able to edit and create what you need if this is not 100% perfect, as we know the perfect planner is hard to find.

The design is simple. The top represents the subjects, which include Music, Math, Language Arts, Spelling, Reading, Science, History, Art, and PE. You can edit these as needed.

The numbers on the side represent the day. Day one is the first day of school. You write what you completed that day in each subject. The next day is day #2. Each learning period starts with day 1 and progresses to the end of the learning period.

Holidays are accounted for and MAJOR holidays have their own section for those that like to do a bit extra for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break.

There is a Microsoft PDF version as well as a Microsoft Excel Editable version for those that like to edit as they go.

I hope this helps you as much as it helps my homeschool family!
